It does not include extended diagnostics such as locating complex issues or leaks.

What if my irrigation problem is more complex?

If the issue requires extended diagnostics, we will explain the situation, review pricing, and get your approval before continuing. You stay in control the entire time.

Why don’t you give prices over the phone?

Irrigation problems can appear easy to fix but no repair is the same.

For example, a leaking valve located underground near a palm tree that has roots in and around the valve could take significantly longer to repair versus a valve that is above ground and has no roots around it.

Without seeing, testing and verifying, any price given would be a guess. Our process ensures an accurate evaluation and fair pricing.
