Professional IRRIGATION Diagnostic

Designed for homeowners and property managers experiencing a specific issue. This visit allows us to assess the problem, test the system, and determine the correct next steps.
Includes:
Trained professional on-site
Inspection of the affected area
Basic troubleshooting and identification of the cause
Explanation of findings and repair options
If Extended Diagnostics Are Needed:
Some issues require additional diagnostic time. If that's the case, we'll clearly explain why, review pricing with you before continuing, and never proceed without your approval.
Total System Inspection — Starting at $200
Designed for homeowners and property managers who want a comprehensive review of their entire irrigation system, even if no single issue is present. This is a deeper, more thorough look at your system from top to bottom.
Includes:
Full review of the irrigation controller, programming, and wiring
Inspection and testing of all zones and valves for proper operation
Check of wiring, solenoids, and valve boxes for visible issues
Inspection of sprinkler heads, rotors, drip lines, emitters, and other components for damage or leaks
Zone-by-zone run to identify coverage issues, leaks, or malfunctioning components
Inspection of visible piping, shut-off valves, and backflow devices
Full report upon completion with findings and recommendations for each item reviewed
Pricing based on system size and number of zones.
VICTORY SEASONAL TUNE-UP

Keep your system running at its best. A professional check and adjustments without the depth of a full evaluation — we'll go through your entire system, make on-the-spot corrections, and flag anything that needs further attention.
Includes:
Controller and programming review and adjustment
Inspection and testing of all zones and valves
Inspection and adjustment of heads, rotors, drip lines, and emitters for damage, leaks, or improper operation
Head alignment, nozzle and emitter adjustments for proper arc, radius, and coverage
Zone-by-zone run to identify issues and malfunctioning components
Pricing is based on system size and the number of zones.
PROJECT SITE ASSESSMENT
